The bed was extremely comfortable, but the shower floor looked dirty.

What a pleasant stay! I loved the modern furnishings and comfortable beds, especially after arriving late. The breakfast was delicious, really saved our morning! Definitely coming back!

Spent a night here while driving from NC to Chicago. The staff was super friendly, even upgraded me to a queen suite over the phone! Room was comfy, and breakfast had a good spread. Texas Roadhouse discounts at the desk were a nice bonus. Only bummer? The bathroom could've used some updating.

I heard conversations and doors slamming at night, making it a bit hard to rest. I also noticed some areas, like the elevator, were in need of repairs, as it jolted when starting. Staff appeared friendly and offered recommendations for local restaurants, making the stay a bit nicer. Parking wasn't an issue, and the location was convenient for my needs, close to eateries and the highway. The bed could have been more supportive, feeling a little soft for my taste. Overall, some upgrades would enhance the stay, but it served its purpose for my time in the area.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed catching a concert at the Rose Music Center and visiting the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery. The newly renovated fitness center made our workouts enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay more pleasant. Definitely a place to relax after a day of fun!

One downside was that our check-out experience wasn’t smooth. A friend accidentally left her laptop charger, and we found out it was never turned in, so we had to buy a new one.

Upon entering, a musty smell greeted us, reminiscent of a place that may have had its share of smoking guests in the past. The bathroom emitted a notable sewer gas odor that persisted throughout our stay. Housekeeping didn't address this despite reporting it, and we returned one day to find housekeeping had taken our gratuity but left dirty wash rags behind. A blood spot on a pillow raised serious cleanliness concerns, leaving a not-so-fresh impression overall.
